Debra "Debbie" Ann Lewis, 66, of Willards, passed away Tuesday September 24, 2019 at the Anchorage Nursing Home in Salisbury. Debbie was born in Salisbury, on December 21, 1952 to Betsy White and the late Gerald White Sr.
She is survived by her son, Gregory "Brock" Lewis, and his wife, Joselita Lewis of Princess Anne; daughter Courtney Lewis and her fiancé, Phillip Paull of Salisbury; four grandchildren, Laylah Lewis, Kairi Lewis, William Paull and Nathan Lewis; her mother Betsy White of Willards; and three siblings, Gerald White Jr, and his wife, Sharon, Teresa Hastings and her husband, Edwin, and Tammy Mohr and her husband, Richard, all of Pittsville.
Debbie was a graduate of the class of 1970 at Pittsville High School and enjoyed visiting with many friends and family. She also enjoyed going camping and going to the Pittsville Dinette for her cup of coffee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lewis and father, Gerald White Sr.
She was greeted in heaven by her grandparents Beatrice and Oscar White. Debbie was very close to her grandparents and spent much of her childhood and adult life with them. Their relationship was something special and a day never went by since their passing that Debbie didn't think of their time together and longed to see them again. In heaven, they have finally been reunited and will never be separated again.
She will be missed by her family and her friends. She is finally at peace in God's loving embrace.
