James Daniel Noonan, 91, of South Point, Maryland, unexpectedly passed away in his sleep at home on November 4, 2019. James grew up in Takoma Park, Md., graduated from Blair High School, and served in the U.S. Army in Japan. He was a Master Electrician/General Superintendent and member of the IIBEW Local 26 for 71 years. James’ Irish-spirit humor and ready smile will live on, as will his devotion to his family and friends (and the Redskins!).
James is survived by his wife of 70 years, Juanita (Marshall); his children, Robert (Barbara) & Nancy (Richard); daughter-in-law, Ann; grandchildren Gavin, Collin, Nick, Carrie, Sarah and Michael; and five great-grandchildren, Paige, Carter, Sadie, Madison and Jake. His son, William, preceded him in death.
