Obituary of Bobby James Price

Bobby James Price of Salisbury, MD passed peacefully on February 8, 2020. He was born on September 20, 1942 in Danville, VA to Chip “Edgar” and Roselle Price. He helped build the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel before going into the Army. He was a Vietnam Veteran, serving three tours. He was known by his Army buddies in Vietnam as “Jesus Price” or “Preacher”. After discharge from the Army, he met and married Teresa Price. They raised three children on Cannon Drive in Salisbury, MD. He worked in telecommunications and before he retired, he had his own business, East Coast Telecommunications. He was a proud member of his local VFW in Delmar. He is survived by his wife, Teresa; two sons, Kevin & Katie Price and Brad & Jenny Price; a daughter, Tabatha & Jim Brittingham; two grandsons, Dylan & Blake Price and a granddaughter, Erin Brittingham. He is also survived by his sisters, Mildred and Kathy along with multiple nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by both his parents, sister, Francis and brothers, Johnny and Tommy. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Wicomico County, 5130 Citation Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804. Arrangements are in the care of Eastern Shore Cremation & Funeral Service, 504 Franklin Avenue, Berlin, Maryland 21811.
